When joining Monmouth Town FC it is important to understand what we are about.

First and foremost its about the kids. We want to build a warm supporting club where every child's development is important

As such there are some basic principles.

1. We are a grassroots club. - We accept all children regardless of skills.
2. We are all volunteers. - We are all helper building a community
