Monmouth Town FC are delighted to announce that Russell Giblin has joined the club as the new Reserve Team Manager.

Russell has previously managed development teams at Step Four level in England with the likes of Welwyn Garden City.

Following Joe Barratt’s decision to step down from the role at the end of last season, Russell will take over an established group of players and will look to continue developing a positive, competitive and professional team culture.

The club would also like to again place on record its thanks to Joe Barratt for his hard work and commitment during his time in charge of the reserve side.

Pictured here with coach and Football Development Officer Mark Morris, Russell is looking forward to his first managerial role in Welsh football and helping develop the players to achieve success in the new season.
